Springtime in Swithland Photo Tour

The walk route will help capture the first signs of spring found in the flowers and woodland in Swithland Woods.

The walk will start promptly at Swithland Wood North car park [LE12 8SS] at 1:00 pm and last approximately 2 hours.  The photo walk is open to anyone interested in creating better photos of Swithland Wood. No previous experience is needed and any camera will be OK, including mobile phones. Expert photographers will be on the walk to help you to find the best locations and camera settings.

Please note that there are no toilets at the Swithland Wood car park, the closest toilets are at the Hallgates (Cropston) car park LE7 7HQ.

Please take into account of the weather in the days before the walk. If the ground is likely to be wet, there may be some muddy patches along the way, so please wear appropriate footwear. It will also be a good idea to bring warm/wind/water proof clothing.
