Land hire only (dry hire). Camping is permitted however all equipment must be provided by the hirer.

No fires permitted under any circumstances.

Music is permitted until 11pm however we ask that you are considerate with regards to noise levels.

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.

A small damage deposit of £250 is requested upon booking, this is returned following the event subject to checks.
