A walk through this ancient woodland containing some of the best remaining examples of oak wood in Charnwood Forest. With rich and varied flora and fauna and also home to a diverse butterfly, moth and bird population. Read more

Join the Haunted Heritage Team on this popular Ghost Walk. Over 16s only. Wrap up warm and bring a torch. The walk covers a distance of approximately 2 miles with frequent stops. Read more

Did you know that there were volcanoes in Charnwood millions of years ago? If you would like to find out more, come along to our “Charnwood Volcanoes” walk to find out the impact they had on the geology of the upper Park. Read more

Join the Leicestershire & Rutland Ornithological Society team and learn more about the rich array of birds that can be found in the various habitats of the Park. It is an opportunity to see this season's nesting birds. Read more
