Meeting Room

Our meeting room is equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, a 65 inch flat screen wall mounted monitor that can be linked to your laptop for presentations etc & Wi-Fi.  The meeting room is on the ground floor and is fully accessible, the washrooms are close by and are also fully accessible.  

The meeting room can be set up in the following styles:

Boardroom style

This style includes seats on all sides of the table/s.

A rectangular layout of tables is appropriate for this kind of a setup. Ideal for when you want to achieve a face-to-face interaction. This style is most appropriate for board of directors’ meetings, committee meetings, team briefings and interviews etc. 

Our meeting room can provide seating for up to 14 people in boardroom style

Theatre style

A row of chairs facing the front of the room, usually divided by the centre or side aisles to allow access by the delegates with ease. Ideal for achieving maximum seated capacity within the room.

We can provide 4 or 5 rows of 4 chairs per row comfortably, to seat up to 20 people.

Food and drink

The Deer Barn Café is near to the Meeting Room. We can also provide a buffet lunch to suit dietary requirements, including mixed sandwiches, crisps, cake and fruit. More information and pricing on request.

Walks, Talks & private access to our Visitor Centre

We can offer additional activities during your day at Bradgate Park to include a guided walk, bespoke talks or private access in our Visitor Centre with a talk on the history of the park all hosted by our staff or volunteers.

Parking

We can accommodate up to 2 cars at the Deer Barns, however all other cars would need to park in our car park.  The nearest car park is our Hallgates car park, on the Cropston end of the park. The postcode is LE7 7HQ.

Half day (9am-1pm/12pm-4pm) £100 including teas/coffees

    Swithland Wood is an attractive and atmospheric area of Ancient Woodland, covering 170 acres. Rich in history and wildlife, it is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest. The Wood is an important habitat for a wide range of plant and animal species, with rocky outcrops and old quarries.
