Wellbeing Walks Fancy a walk and a chat? Come along to one of our weekly Wellbeing Walks! From Monday 24th October, we'll be running Wellbeing Walks every week, starting from Newtown Linford car park. Open to all our visitors, these walks are a chance to get some fresh air and explore the park - and meet some new people while you're at it! Choose between our Easy Access Walk and our Moderate Walk. Whatever your ability level, there is a walk for you! Why come to a Wellbeing Walk? Our Wellbeing Walks give you the chance to: Have a chat with new people Learn more about Bradgate Park Improve your fitness Boost your mood Interested in coming along? Meet our friendly volunteers 10 minutes before the walk's scheduled start time beside the iron gates at Newtown Linford car park. There's no need to book - all you need to bring is yourself, and clothes and shoes that you are comfortable walking in. Walk Distance Time Meeting point Easy Access Walk 2 miles 10-11am, every Monday Newtown Linford car park Moderate Walk 4 miles 10-11.30am, every Monday Newtown Linford car park Accessibility Our Easy Access walk is perfect for walkers of all mobility - including wheelchair users. The walk will stick to the carriageway, heading towards the Deer Barns Visitor Centre and Café. Our Moderate Walk is slightly more challenging, veering into the Upper Park. We recommend that walkers of moderate ability attend this walk.
