Seating:

Please select where you would like to sit from the following options:

• Blanket seating area - no chairs are permitted in this area. This area is closer to the stage. Please be aware that we are a deer park, and as such, you may encounter deer poo on the field. If you have chairs and a blanket, please be aware that you will be seated in the chair area.
• Chair seating area - suitable for low-backed chairs only. Chairs are not provided. No parasols/umbrellas are permitted.

Are Dogs Allowed?

Yes, dogs are permitted but must be on a lead at all times. You will be asked to sit in a designated area or at the edges if you have a dog with you. Please be mindful that not all guests are comfortable around dogs, and you may be asked to move to another area.

Please consider your dog's health on a hot day. The event field is exposed and has little to no shade.

Where: 

The performance will take place on the Deer Meadow, adjacent to the Deer Barn Café and Visitor Centre.

Please note: You will be required to walk from your chosen car park through the Park to the performance space. Please ensure that you arrive with plenty of time ahead of the performance. 

Walking distances are as follows:

• From Newtown Linford Car Park: 1 mile ( 30- 40 mins)
• From Hallgates Car Park: ¾ mile ( 20-30 mins)

What to bring: 

Please bring your own low-backed seating or blanket. Please note: seating will not be provided. 

Please be considerate of other guests; large umbrellas are not permitted, and you will be asked to remove them.

Picnics, sun hats, insect repellent, sun cream, sunglasses, raincoats and rain hats should all be considered! When the sun goes down, the evening will be cold.

Access:

This venue is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Should you have any questions, please call the Estate Office.

Weather:

All performances are live and outdoor. The event will go ahead, whatever the weather, except in extreme lightning storms!
