Summer Bradgate Park Photo Walk

Please note this walk will start/finish outside of our Visitor Centre located in the centre of the park.

This a circular summer walk taking in some of very best view points of Bradgate Park.  There will also be an opportunity to explore the beautiful ancient oaks on route.

• The walk will start promptly at 1:30 pm and last approximately 2 hours. 
• The photo walk is open to anyone interested in creating better photos of Bradgate Park.
• No previous experience is needed and any camera will be OK, including your mobile phone camera.

Expert photographers will be on the walk to help you to find the best locations and camera settings.

The plan is to walk cross country starting and finishing at the Deer Barn Visitor Centre located in the centre of the park. Beverages and snacks are available at the Deer Barn cafe but not included in the price of the walk.

The closest car park is at Hallgates (Cropston) (LE7 7HQ).  You should allow 25 minutes to walk from the car park to the Deer Barn Visitor Centre.  Please note that when the weather is good the car parks can be very busy and you may have to wait for a space.

• Please take account of the weather in the days before the walk.
• The ground is likely to be mostly dry but there may be some muddy patches along the way, so please wear appropriate footwear.
• It will also be a good idea to bring warm/wind/water proof clothing. 
• Please note car parking charges apply & are not included in the ticket price. 
• Our Hallgates car park is Pay & Display with our machines taking card or cash.

This event is limited to 15 guests so that our walk guides can offer you that personal touch.
