Departure from: Main Entrance Newtown Linford Car Park.  SOLD OUT
Postcode LE6 0HB.
Duration – approx. 8 hours.

These workshops are timed to coincide with the annual Red and Fallow Deer rut which will have reached its frenetic peak during the month of October. You will be taken to the best areas in search of Deer, which will range from females with calves and large dominant stags fighting for their attention.

The Stags at this time of the year are magnificent. We will have worked out in advance the most dominant males and the females favourable feeding areas. This part of Leicestershire is a beautiful area during autumn and the photographic opportunities will be endless.

The intention will be to help people explore capturing images of the deer rut that takes place in October.

The workshop is a full day starting at 7.00am to capture the beauty of the Park and deer and will last until dusk. The cost of the course includes car parking and a late breakfast which is provided by the Deer Barns Tearooms. All photographic standards are welcome and participants in this small group (just 8 places per course) can be assured of individual tuition. As the course is working with the Trust people will also have the opportunity to visit our private Sanctuary, which is not possible with other courses, providing a truly unique experience.
