Enjoy an evening of sampling Bradgate Park Famous Venison. From tiny tastes, nibbles and savouries. Quick cooking demonstrations table side will be accompanied by a good red wine to complement the dishes.

The evening will be hosted by the Director of the Park Trust, supported by our Head Ranger and Visitor Centre Duty Manager Paul Hubbert a keen venison cook, who will be discussing and demonstrating simple cooking techniques.

A variety of dishes will be served throughout the event and recipes cards available to take home.
