Queen of Bradgate - Dusk Tour

As part of this special week marking the history of Lady Jane Grey, the Nine-Day Queen, we are offering exclusive after-hours Dusk Tours with our knowledgeable and passionate team. Hear stories of her life, and what happened during those critical nine days in 1553. You will be meeting at the Visitor Centre, in the heart of the Park.

For this event there will be on-site parking behind the Deer Barns. Vehicle access will be via Hallgates LE7 7HQ between 6.30pm  and 6.55pm only. Please ensure you bring proof of purchase email with you for access. This will be checked at the entrance (and at the Visitor Centre).  The team will greet you at the front of the Visitor Centre, where the tour starts with a guided introduction within the Centre.

The tour will then proceed to the Ruins which will be opened exclusively for the group. The whole event is around 2 hours and will culminate with a glass of wine to toast the Queen of England (soft drinks will also be available.)

Highly recommend you bring a camera as photography is encouraged. The event will close when the group return to the Deer Barns when your guide will arrange for escort off site via Hallgates. Please note cars can not enter or exit other than the pre-arranged times for this event.

Dogs on leads welcome.

Please wear suitable footwear and clothing as the Tour does involve walking off main paths.
